Hi. Post kalini nak cerita pasal breakfast okonomiyaki. Tak tau lah orang Jepun makan okonomiyaki tapi bila kita ada makanan melantak je lah bila2 pun. Okay jom tengok steps dia. I use recipe from youtube channel Seonkyong Longest.

Bahan utk batter: Tepung, potato starch, baking powder, garam, telur 2. Bahan utk content dia: cabbage, spring/green onion idk, dengan apa2 ikut suka (I use udang bcus I only have that) | 
1. BATTER

| Potong cabbage dlm suku sebulat tadi tu dengan 2 spring onion. | 
  | 
| 1 cup tepung, sikit je potato starch, garam secubit, baking powder secubit. | 
  | 
| 3/4 cup dashi (This is not the actual dashi, I use substitute for dashi: Chicken stock, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce) | 
  | 
| Masukkan dashi tadi (Make sure dah sejuk kalau tak dia jadi mengarut) kacau sampat xde bulat2 dah. | 
  | 
| Masukkan cabbage dengan spring onion pastu kacau (jgn smpai hilang batter tu, agak2 je cabbage tu tak guna semua pun). | 
  | 
| Masuk lah kan telur dengan apa2 yang kita suka. | 
  | 
| Panaskan minyak banyak sikit sebab besar kan nak ratakan. | 
  | 
| Ratakan sampai rata lah, and cover kalau ada lid. Masak api medium je, dalam 5-7 minit setiap belah. |

| Then terbalikkan, flip straight from kuali pun okay. I use 2 senduk and fail. Terbelah pulak tapi xpe cover masa makan nanti. Cucuk sikit dengan lidi ke chopstick ke, sampai tak ada batter melekat. |

2. OKONOMIYAKI SAUCE
Okay dah siap main dish dia. Nak buat garnish dia kena ada kewpie mayonis, katsuobushi, okonomiyaki sauce, dengan chopped spring onion sikit je. From that I don't have the okonomiyaki sauce so I have to make it. This is from Just One Cookbook website.

| 4 sudu ketchup, 3 sudu sos worcestershire (idk wth is this sauce, it happen to exist at the local store), 2 sudu sos tiram, 1 stgah sudu gula. | 
  | 
| Kacau je semua tu senang je. | 
  | 
| Siap sos dia. | 
3. DASHI REPLACEMENT
Tadi kan masa buat batter tu dia guna dashi kan? But I don't have dashi sebab tak cukup bahan so I google some of the alternative and I found one in Forking Foodie website. Steps dia camni.

| 1 sudu sos tiram, 1 sudu teh light soy sauce dengan 1 sudu fish sauce. Tu chicken stock tak habis guna dulu. | 
  | 
| Buat 500ml chicken stock using kiub je (I didn't measure accurately pun, just agak2 kasi dia not really concentrated). | 
  | 
| Biar dia sejuk betul2 baru masukkan dalam batter tu. | 
  | 
| Jangan lupa basuh dulu baru pegi sebok menghias okonomiyaki tu. | 
4. EAT TIME
Okay semua dah siap. Ni bahan untuk garnish, Katsuobushi and kewpie ofkos beli but siapa pandai buat buah lah (Katsuobushi mcm impossible je). The cabbage tu extra je I didn't use it pun.

| Spread okonomiyaki sauce dulu letak lah banyak2 pun sedap je. |

| Pastu main2 lah dengan kewpie nie. For me I like letak banyak2. |

| Kewpie sangat lain dengan mayo biase so make sure cari. | 
  | 
| Siap main dengan kewpie. | 
  | 
| After that, letaklah katsuobushi or bonito flakes ni. | 
  | 
| Garnish with spring onion. Tak nak pun takpe | 
  | 
| Enjoy my breakfast. Serius banyak kot benda ni, sampai petang pun tak habis. |
